Country Manager Our client is a general trading conglomerate operating across Iraq and Afghanistan. Their business units are highly varied, from construction, through motor vehicles to medicine distribution. We have been asked to identify a Country Manager for Afghanistan. Currently the two main BU in Afghanistan are a K – Span factory and medicine importation from the far east. We are keen to speak with degree educated candidates whom have experience of running a business in Afghanistan. You’ll be running and developing this business, so you’ll need to have excellent sales and communication skills, both with local Afghan companies and the relevant US forces. Accommodation will be provided in Afghanistan, with regular flights home, and bonus / commission payments on top of your salary, 1% of what you bring in. Salary will be around $85,000 per year.
