| Change Manager / Team Leader Are you looking for a challenge? Are you an experienced Change Manager/Team Leader, who would like to utilise their skills in a cutting edge energy company? Our client, a management consultancy company, is looking for candidates interested in supporting the start-up process and guidance in change management of one of the national power utility companies based in the Middle East. Their client operates and manages power generation, import, transmission, and distribution of electricity in one of the Middle East countries. Our client is looking for a Change Management Manager/Team Leader, who will guide the change management processes including institutional strengthening, administration as well as financial/accounting. The implementation period will take about 2 years and the consultants will be fully integrated in the company. Our client’s final deliverable will be the final report and a management letter for the senior management on priority issues and constraints for future financial and administrative affairs. The role will involve: •Overseeing the assignment and the consultant team. •Acting as the team's point of contact with the company, government and other stakeholders. •Coaching the senior management in the process organization and structuring of daily administrative issues. •Advising the senior management in transition, organisation, restructuring issues as well as on monitoring and evaluation of the transition process. •Providing guidance for the development of a basic cost accounting and controlling system of the company •Monitoring and guiding the senior management in the implementation of institutional performance indicators and governmental benchmarks. •Assisting in preparation and monitoring of results of senior management, Board of Directors and shareholder meetings. •Providing assistance in the negotiation and financial implementation process of Power Purchase Agreements with neighbouring countries. •Conducting other important business relevant works as per request of the CEO. •Leading the preparation of reports. •Delivering presentations at a governmental commission for energy meetings. The successful candidate will be/have: •A change management expert with a degree in economics or equivalent •Extensive experience in change management and large infrastructure projects, including the power sector with particular focus on institutional development and controlling. •Solid experience of working in Central Asia and developing countries. •Experience of working in post-conflict countries. | |
