Electrical Engineer Experienced Electrical Engineer required for European Consulting Engineering Company to work on distribution network reinforcement project in Northern Afghanistan. Candidates should have familiarity with assessment of existing electrical distribution installations, development of specifications and bills of quantity on behalf of a consulting engineer, as well as supervision of the execution of new installation works. Experience of micro – hydro electric systems would also be an advantage. Candidates must be able to work under minimal supervision in demanding circumstances. Minimum of 10 years experience in and engineering environment associated with electrical distribution systems from domestic consumer level up to 22kV. Previous experience in Afghanistan is preferred.
