Public Outreach Specialists Overseas Strategic Consulting, Ltd. (OSC) is seeking public outreach specialists for both short- and long-term assignments in Afghanistan. Public Outreach Specialists must have: * 7+ years of experience designing and implementing comprehensive, research-driven communications strategies * 7+ years of experience in building government and/or NGO communications, public education, and community outreach capacity * Expertise in developing grassroots citizen participation * Training experience, including material design and training of trainers * Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
