Flight Safety Trainer Citizenship Requirement: Other Citizenship Requirement: EU, AU, or NZ Key Tasks: • Instruct, implement and refine Company Aviation safety programs towards safe and successful flight operations across various different contracts • Conduct aircrew local area orientation briefings • Introduce aircrew to Company Aviation Safety SOPs • Develop safety based lesson plans • Instruct on a variety of safety topics, both aviation and theater oriented • Liaise with customers to develop mutual safety procedures and SOPs • Research safety trends and develops recommendations and training in line with current situations • Maintain training records and lesson plans • Provide complete ground safety training, FOD, Torque Control, etc Essential Skills and Qualifications: • Former UK/AUS (or equivalent) Military Flight Safety NCO or Officer • Solid communication skills • Experience constructing and maintaining databases • Experience in developing training materials • Able to instruct to a wide audience • Prior experience working within a multicultural environment • Excellent written and spoken English • Well developed computer skills Preferable Skills and Qualifications: • Russian language abilities
