Site Manager The Site Manager will have authority to act for the company in all matters relating to Contractor operations. The Site Manager will interface daily with the onsite Continuing Government Activity (CGA) representative who acts as the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) for this contract. The Site Manager will review customer and Quality Control audits performed to identify problem or possible problem areas where improvements are required to ensure that all obligations to the contract are being met in a timely and efficient manner. The Site Manager will review all reports that are required by contract to be submitted to the customer for accuracy prior to them being submitted to the customer. The Site Manager will correspond with the Corporate Director, Corporate Project Support staff and the Afghanistan Country Manager on a regular basis to discuss and resolve issues such as financial, Human Resources, Procurement and contractual that requires attention. The Site Manager will immediately notify the customer when theft is discovered, an accident such as vehicle or safety related happens that results in damage to equipment, materials or an injury is the result of the accident, or there is any movement that happens or happen that will effect distribution operations. The Site Manager will be intimately involved in the recruitment and hiring process for all employees to make sure that only qualified people are hired and personnel are placed in the proper functional area so that their skills are used to the highest degree to allow for optimal support to the contract
