Alternate Site Manager The Alternate Site Manager will assume the Site Manager’s role if the Site Manager is away from the project and as such is fully capable of performing all functions as stated for the Site Manager Position. The Alternate Site Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations. The Warehouse Specialist (Warehouse Operations Manager) and the Senior Heavy Equipment Mechanic report directly to the Alternate Site Manager The Alternate Site Manager will review audit reports from the customer and the Quality Control Manager, recommendations per analytical reports done by the Supply Systems Analyst and daily activity reports provided by the Warehouse Specialist and Senior Heavy Equipment Mechanic to decipher and make recommendations and decisions on how to best alter and improve operations to better support the contract. The Alternate Site Manager will conduct a daily walk-thru of all warehouse functional areas to inspect the areas for cleanliness, neatness and safety violations. Any discrepancies found will be addressed with the Warehouse Manager and appropriate supervisor for correction.
