The Office Manager

The office manager will be responsible to collect and provide payroll work sheets to the Corporate Support staff so that payroll can be processed and dispersed in a timely manner. The Office Manager will formulate and write all policies and procedures, such as how a time sheet is completed, R&R applications and durations; on-post budging and any other that will affect and dictate personnel and how they conduct themselves while they are a RM Asia employee. The Office Manager will act as the Security Manager for the project. The Office Manager will ensure that all security background checks are completed prior to submittal to the customer or on-post authorities for individual security badges are issued. The Office Manager will compile all reports, daily, weekly or monthly from the functional areas for the Site Manager to review prior to the reports being submitted to the customer. Also the Office Manager is responsible to ensure the reports are delivered on-time to the customer.
