Quality Control Manager The Quality Control Manager will administer a quality plan that will show to the customer that RM Asia is committed to provide the best operation possible and the contractor will meet or exceed all guidelines as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Quality Manager will develop and institute a Quality Control/Customer Satisfaction Plan (QC/QSP) that will execute surveillance methods that will best audit functional areas. The Quality Manager will use outlined Acceptable Performance Levels (APLs) and the PWS in developing a stringent plan to best detect any nonconforming service that is being provided. The Quality Manager will implement and conduct regularly scheduled audits to identify any unsatisfactory tasks or actions taken in all functional areas that need correction. The Quality Manager will devise a system to communicate with customers and receive feedback from them on services provided. The Quality Manager will put into place a method for identifying customers needs, expectations and implementing them throughout the work place. The Quality Manager will, during audits or as a separate inspection, walk through all functional work areas to visually inspect the areas to make sure they are in compliance with the companies Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Plan (ESOHP). Also the Quality Control Manager will confirm the company’s plan is consistent with all applicable all post and local regulations that apply to the project. The Quality Control Manager will provide training to all RM Asia personnel on their rights and responsibilities in accordance with the companies (ESOHP). The Quality Control Manager will be assigned as the RM Asia Unit Environmental Coordinator (UEC) and will participate in environmental programs, internal or external audits, inspections and regulatory assessments as required.
