Project Manager This is a Full Time/Overseas Deployment to Afghanistan. Thirty (30) days of training in the U.S. and a 1 year deployment to Afghanistan Job Responsibilities: 1. Actively manages projects & assignments to ensure project goals, timelines, and reporting requirements are met 2. Acts as country representative for the company with various client representatives and ministry officials 3. Works with internal/external clients to gather information required for assignments 4. Delegates assignments and assigns investigative related objectives to project assigned personnel 5. Proofs reports and submits results of investigations and file assignments through proper channels 6. Evaluates project risks, develops contingency plans, and responds quickly to changes in risk as projects progress; escalates to proper management level when required 7. Meets quality standards for services and reporting Additional Information: 1. Must be US Citizen 2. Must successfully pass background check and drug screening 3. Must submit to psychological screening 4. Must pass deployment physical 5. Must pass dental screening 6. Must be willing to receive deployment required immunizations 7. Must be willing to deploy to Afghanistan for a period of 1 year (20 days leave provided) 8. Must be computer literate (Microsoft and various other computer software/hardware) 9. Must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills 10. Must be culturally sensitive 11. Must exercise excellent deductive reasoning (ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense) 12. Must exercise excellent inductive reasoning (ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions; includes finding a relationship among seemingly unrelated events 13. Must have ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to a variety of duties is necessary 14. Work week is 6 days per week/10 hours per day. On-Call 24/7 Qualifications : 1. Must have High School Diploma. Prefer Bachelor degree or equivalent 2. Must have knowledge of region of Afghanistan 3. Must have minimum of 5 years law enforcement, military, or equivalent investigative background 4. Must have minimum of 3 years project management experience 5. Must have excellent management and leadership skills related to managing multi-cultural personnel 6. Must have superior presentation and analytical skills 7. Must have excellent spelling & grammar proficiency Notes : Competitive Pay/Compensation:1. Insurance & benefits standard for industry2. Housing/Meals/Laundry provided by company co-located with client at secure location3. Basic Medical Facilities on site4. Annual Salary includes Hazard Pay & Shift Differential ($9,208.33/month)
